Great place to take your car for any repairs, very professional excellent customer service. I took a Silverado 1500 for head job and was in and out in a week. Very pleased with the work done on it, for sure recommend 100 %

I really happy. These folks have restored my faith in mechanics and humanity. They actually do what they day without exyra little surprises. And...the my car runs and drices as it should. Took it to another shop recently to fix the problem. Paid good money. I was told problem was fixed. Drove off and the problem remained. Went back and they wanted to charge me again..minuets later. Un unbelieveable right. Precision...took time to check everything. They actually did more than the other shop. Chatted with the owner Ernie while car was repaired.when done..i knew instantly it was repaired correctly. Its like a new car. Pleased beyond words. I know my new mechanic.

This shop is honest, upfront and does GREAT work. This is my 2nd time using them . The first time was for something major that I needed done to my car and I took a chance on these guys cause no one else either wouldn’t install a replacement Turbo in my car using after market parts, or they wanted to charge me an outrageous amount to do the work, and or they had never replaced a Turbo on a foreign car. Either way, these guys stepped up to the plate. They did a fantastic job; car still running great & fast as ever. Plus they were totally fair in their pricing. Recently I took my 2014 Range Rover Evoque to Land Rover Dealership in Miramar for a COMPLIMENTARY brake inspection. They quoted me $1800 for only the front brakes to be replaced. That’s more than what I paid for all 4 Pirelli Tires. Give me a break! No pun intended! I recently took my car in for a simple oil change. Brought in all my own supplies for them to use according to my car specifications. I was out of there in under an hour and cost me less than $50.00, plus they quoted me on a few more repairs I need to have done soon. I highly recommend this shop! They are a hidden gem in Spring Valley. You won’t be disappointed.

I was very satisfied with the service I received at Performance Specialties. I went in about 2 weeks ago for a noise coming from my rear brakes. Ernie and his crew quickly determined the problem and performed the necessary repairs. I will continue going to this shop and encourage anyone looking for an honest and fair mechanic to do the same.

Best prices in all of San Diego Very friendly and professional went in to get a tire alignment and was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half only took about 45 minutes would highly recommend

Getting a ILD installed and they were professional and competent. The friendliness was refreshing in this day. Will use them for our vehicles going forward!!!
