I went to this auto shop for an alignment . I got there 30 minutes early, I had a little bit of a wait but nothing major plus there's A 7-11 within walking distance up the street so I was content. What I noticed was that these guys are thorough.. they take pics of your while they are servicing your car so it's like a step by step update of what they did to your car . Also they give u recommendations of the things that need immediate attention and the things that will need future attention ; however they also let u know what things your car is 100 percent good to go on. They cover all three categories, u can't ask for more than that . I was satisfied with their professionalism and they also had pleasant customer service skills. Thanks guys for doing an awesome job on my car and for the recommendations as well

Thank you so much for the positive review. We try to make the repair experience informative and thorough. We hope to see you again.

Very happy with the services that were provided. I went in for an alignment and apparently I had some loose nuts that I wasn’t aware of and some bolts that were missing and JT took care of it all! JT’s a great mechanic and I would definitely recommend the shop to anyone looking for mechanical work. Couldn’t be more satisfied

Thank you for the positive feedback. We try to give a thorough inspection, so the customer knows the condition of their car. Thank you for the future recommendations.

They forgot to tighten the lug nuts. I will never come back here again. Please be more careful.

Thank you for the feedback from the alignment we performed back in March. I did speak with you on the phone today about your lug nuts being loose on your 2 rear tires. You were concerned about are protocols as to what we do when a vehicle comes in. Every vehicle gets a basic digital inspection with pictures to check for leaks or service items that can readily be seen. In your vehicles inspection we told you the rear tires had metal showing on the inside. This happens because these tires were on the front and were there for too long without rotation or the alignment was off due to worn parts or just being out of adjustment. They had to have been rotated to the back. You informed me in our conversation that a shop did a suspension repair in the front a few days before you brought the vehicle to us for an alignment. Since the tires on the front were not worn out, they were probably on the back before they did the repair. I say this because the alignment was off and the tires in the front were not worn out, but the rears again were down to metal. You asked is we have a check system in place, and we do. Whenever a tire is removed and put back on the vehicle a torque wrench is used to tighten the lug nuts. This is done on every car that has a tire removed. We didn't remove your tires and unless the Tech put a torque wrench on the lug nuts to check them, we wouldn't have known they were loose. Iam truly sorry they came loose and Iam glad you didn't have an accident or any damage to your vehicle because of it. I did bring this up to the whole team. Thank you again for coming in.

Ernie did it right and made sure we’re back on the road safe. A previous shop broke my timing belt and destroy the engine. I had my rig towed to Ernie and he did right by me. Very competitive rates did a rebuilt warrantied his work and walked us through the process of exactly what happened. Thanks Ernie much appreciated.
