Great service, the are my go to auto shop, I’ve been using them for over ten years. They were nice enough to take my truck without an appointment, which meant a lot because I would have had to tow it somewhere else. A+ Highly Recommend!!

I spoke with Ed concerning my vehicle prior to dropping it off! He stated that they do not do transmissions there but told me he would look for the transmissions for my vehicle and get back to me. He never did, in the mean time of waiting and being proactive and looking for my own my vehicle was vandalized. I took it back to performance specialties and spoke with Ed again and showed him what was done! Keep in mind he knew about the transmission before hand. Now Bobby told me that they don’t work on transmissions there but refer me to Soto transmissions. When my insurance company inspector went out to check on my vehicle Bobby showed him unrelated issues “transmission” that had nothing to do with the vandalism. Then try to push their estimate for the transmission to be fix when I had already found a transmission and was waiting to pick it up. I definitely had a bad experience just to sum up my experience. So I definitely would find another shop where they are honest and not trying to push issues unrelated to what your vehicle is there for and you already communicated these issues with them prior. Ernie is a honest gentleman but I am not sure about Bobby at all based on what he told my insurance inspector and did not do what he stated he did with my vehicle. Also tried to tell me my insurance company was going to deny my claim, which was a joke because my insurance company paid for my vandalism to be fix but thank god another shop got the work and money. Ed and Bobby are full of it and I absolutely won’t recommend doing business with them.

I did not have a good experience. The outside waiting area was disgusting and the inside was not any better. The patio furniture cobwebs all around it and the patio area look more like a place where they dumped garbage. I was willing to over look all that. When the alignment was done, I had the opportunity to meet with the manager and he was impatient and condescending. I needed it to replace my tie rods and the manager said he would send me the price quote. It has been over 24 hours now and he did not send anything to me.
Great experience from start to finish. Guys were professional and thorough with their work.
Everything was done in a timely manner, but I wish I had a more detailed report. I’m used to getting a diagram with what was off and what was fixed and when I asked for one, they said this is all they have for me.
