I had my car towed here only based on reviews. I also look for family owned businesses as well. My car was there a total of 4 days. I needed a lot of work done and they did a really good job. I have an older car so I didn’t expect perfection but in the end I felt like I had a new car again. It did cost me a lot of money but car maintenance is expensive. Their lot is really small, so I was surprised they don’t have a special place for cars to be parked and secured. I found out they were leaving my car outside on a busy street. Although it surprised me nothing happened to my car. The workers were fine, they were nice and patient with me. I’ll take my car back.

My visit was for an interlock device to be installed. They were supposed to show me how to use my device before I left. I was told my device would start working in 5-10 minutes after I left. So I did not receive a demonstration on how the device worked. They told me how they think the device works and sent me on my way. Anywho I don’t know how the device works. They didn’t have much duties on their end other than installing the device and making sure they knew how it’s used and that wasn’t done. Also my car starts when it’s supposed to be approved by the interlock device first. So I don’t think it’s installed right. Just going to a different shop.

I had a great experience at Performance Specialties. Ernie and his crew were very professional and kind. I went in for an alignment and they found damage from an accident where someone hit my car. I would recommend this garage. I believe them to be honest, caring and knowledgeable. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Great customer service, I was a little skeptical having my gf take the car by herself only because I know she is shy about going places by herself, but the made her feel comfortable and were very nice and understanding. For sure 100% going back for future services!
