Spring Valley Auto Repair

The mechanic service was acceptable. Went here for alignment. The front desk guy act conceited and needs to mind his manners. When I ask questions and clarification about the alignment he responded in sarcastic like I’m stupid. Maybe his having a bad day but I read some comments with the same experiences as mine. I Hope the manager will read this.

They serviced my car quickly & was cheaper then i expected

I got lucky when I searched for an auto shop and chose to go to Performance Specialties. They're very thorough, informative, considerate, and honest. Their prices are fair too. They always make me feel safer leaving their shop because I know my car is in good shape (because they always inspect everything). Everyone there is really nice and I especially love their choice of music haha. I love that it's easy to communicate with them even though I can't always explain it right, whatever's the issue with my car. They're also very reliable and it's relatively easy to compromise on setting up an appointment. Thank you guys for everything, especially to Ed. I really appreciate you all. 🙏🏻

I sent my daughter in with my vehicle and instruction on what needed done. She said they were very nice to her and as quick as they could be. Very efficient and provided her info about my SUV as well as texted me info and pictures. She said they even complemented the eye lashes on my car. 😊
