I was very unhappy with the service. They had my jeep for 2 week and 1 day. I took it there because the check engine light was on, and could not pass smog. After 2 weeks and 1 day I was told it passed smog but the check engine light was still on. This was an unbelievable $1014.17 and Ed said it would need more work an extra $2,000. I was truly unhappy 😡.
i appreciate the length of time that it took to repair your vehicle. It was not a simple repair and we had to wait for parts from the manufacture. The vehicle did pass smog and there was no check engine light on anymore for that to happen. The vehicle had to be driven for some time to clear the permanent codes you had in your computer before it could pass the smog check. You do have an intake valve that leaks 5 percent on one of your cylinders and that repair is costly, which is what Ed had talked to you about. We were able to repair your evap leak and miss fire code that had kept you from passing smog. I do apologize for the length of time. We obviously want to finish the job as soon as we can because we do not receive payment till it is complete.
