I have been using Performance Speciality from in The 1990's I have always been satisfied with the great service I have always received. Thumbs Up.

The check engine light came on in my car. After having the diagnostic test done I found out that it was my exhaust manifold was closed. I done some price checking by calling around to different shops adding to this I was about to take a road trip out of state a 3 days drive and I not only needed the work done on car but in a timely manner. I have confidence that the necessary repairs were correctly done. I was disappointed however in the fact that the staff seemed stressed and rushed and curt and disinclined to take time to explain repairs and answer questions. I would probably go there again because years ago it was a friendlier place and I do trust the workmanship, but I didn't enjoy the interactions with staff this time, and I was sorry it had become like that.

Highly Recommend very professional. I came in because of a check engine light and I received great help from everyone there. They explained everything to me and overall I had a great experience coming here. I will definitely come back for any other car work!

Earnie if this is you please call me your new staff is very predictable and. Insincere and extremely obvious in their revanue quest. I remember what you once said "there enough real business out there, you do not have to beat anyone" you should have shared that philosaphy with your staff.
