Hello Terrance i tried calling you a couple of times and left messages. I saw that you brought the BMW in and we performed a complimentary inspection and found some safety items that need to be addressed. I would be more than happy to explain the estimates given. We always inspect the vehicles for safety concerns . We do not want anyone to leave without knowing if there is a safety problem with their car.
