I been coming to them for 22yrs.two.cars 300zx and MIT eclipse silver. Excellent service Ernie Sr! I brought my Cadillac cts immaculate condition. Fix the problem but Damage to my interior dashboard scrape on passenger side, Rear door Driver side.lied about mileage out,over charge sparkplug 23.00 by 8.00 dollars. Drove my car total of 17miles from when I dropped it off. Ed l left many messages Ernie was always busy.The integrity and honesty has left the shop with Ernie Sr. IN ALL THOSE YEARS NEVER ONE COMPLAINT UNTIL NOW.NEVER BRINGING MY CAR THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!
I am so sorry that you feel this way. We repaired the vehicle in February and i spoke with you in April and we did not talk about any problems mentioned above so i am not sure what has changed. We always stand behind our work 2 years 24000 miles and if there is a problem we will take care of you. I am not always here but Ed and Bobby are and they can help you if your willing to let them.
