Straight shooting people and not over priced. They will answer any questions you have and will not do any work to your car that they haven't got approved by you. If anything else is found while making a repair they call and ask would you like it done and give a price.

If I can give a zero for rating I would. I had an appointment to get my car serviced for an IID device with them at 9am. As I get there to ask for help locating the place, I rudely get told that they cannot see me today because one of the employees called out. I did not get a phone call nor a message advising me to not come in for my service. I’m shocked their was no other mechanic that could do the service. I would have been not as upset with this place is I would have gotten a phone call or at least an apology from the guy who was on the phone with me. Very disappointed with this location.

This shop is amazing! I don't know why anyone wouldn't want to go here. They are always extremely helpful and easy to reach. The customer service is amazing! Specifically Riley ! Always willing to help and assist when he can! Have never had any issues every time I got to the shop for needs of repairs. The work is always great quality like I went to a dealership. Ernie and his garage are bar none the most reliable, fair, and trustworthy mechanics in San Diego county. My parents started taking their cars here probably 15 years ago, and I could not be happier with them.

This auto repair shop is the best, they know what they are doing,its clean, friendly, and honest. I tell everyone about this auto repair shop.They are great.

We have been going to this place for the last 10 years. Ernie and his team always takes good care of our cars. The price is spot on and service is always done with a smile. On February, I had to bring my car because of bad back brakes. It was unplanned. I told the mechanic that I needed the car by 4:15 because of an already scheduled event and they had it ready by then. I highly recommend this place.

On 10/9/2015 I took my van into Ernie's shop he was very helpful and honest he did a dyanostic check and found that my gas cap was broken and my check engine light went off after replacing it, that was a big relief to know it wasn't something more serious!

Did what I asked and they made it better.....thanks again guy's and gal.
